PEL PE Cable Duct Pipe - COD(Corrugated Optic Duct)

SD has been recently modified to have none of the weak points commonly found in current used protective Duct Systems. SD is all made from Flexible PE in order to have maximum efficiency in application.

Order to connect pipes.

Connect male and female socket

1. Align exterior cover and connect male socket : Use aligner to align the exterior cover at about 3~4 pitch and push it into the male socket of the pipe.
   
2. Connect male socket : Cover the lid on connected male socket
   
3. Align exterior cover and connect female socket : Use aligner to align the exterior cover at about 3~4 pitch and push it into the female socket of the pipe.
   
4. Connect female socket : Cover the lid on connected female socket
   
5. Connect rubber sheet : Push the rubber sheet onto the connected male socket.
   
6. Connect male and female socket : Use screws to tighten.

Connect outlet

1. Align exterior covers : Use aligner to align the exterior cover at about 50cm.
   
2. Connect to outlet : Place drainpipe right, after... the in-and-out-side of inner pipe
   
3. Conclude drainpipe and lid of outer pipe : Use screw to finish drainpipe and lid of outer pipe
